“as obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:”
1 Peter 1:14
Praise the Lord, His mercy and grace are truly extraordinary in our lives.
Despite being in a very tired after the move all day, thank God I still have a chance to share blessings through Christ Daily Devotional Christian Youth.
Praise the Lord, I want to briefly share some part in the observance itself.
We can see the verse above. God want us to be His obedient children. In this case, to be a devout we need discipline. Obey strongly associated with submission to authority. Obey means to discipline ourselves to obey and obedient our authority.
Commitment to obey is necessary, especially as people who easily fall in the flesh.
Obey the commitment is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, but it’s not impossible to do.
We need strong commitment to achieve it.
Obedience requires consistency. This is because obedience is not only to do it once, but to be a part of our lives.
To obey is necessary humility and attitudes that would be formed. It is not easy to do, but we are trustt and believe in, trying to be true, and ask God to enable us it will make us personally devout not only before Him, but also obedience to authority in this world.
